The REAL Reentry Program serves justice-involved young adults, ages 18-24, in overcoming barriers to employment. Justice involvement can be past or present. Program services include career coaching, job search and application assistance, meeting with a Behavioral Health Specialist & Family Advocate, peer-to-peer support, continued education such as training opportunities, and incentives for successful outcomes.
